Talk to your business. It gets things done.
Kiko is your company's own assistant, on your phone. Ask how the day went, hand it approved admin work, explore connecting the systems you already use, and describe whatever you want built next. We scope and quote the build.
You ask. Kiko answers, prepares, connects and builds.
What needs me today?
Three things: a quote waiting since Friday, a late payment, and two jobs that need cover because someone is off sick.
Quote the Mokoena job, same as last time plus the extra room.
Drafted from your own price list and last quote. You check it, change what you like, and send.
Switch the compressors off at 22:00 and tell me if an alarm goes off.
Sent to the control system you already have, once that connection is built and tested. Kiko tells you whether the system confirmed it, didn't, or needs a person.
I want to see which rep brings in the most profit, every week.
Kiko shapes the idea with you into a sketch and a brief. You send it to us. We build it into your dashboard.
Examples. What your Kiko does depends on what we connect and build for your company.
You imagine it. We build it into your Kiko.
A new section on your dashboard. A change to your website. A tool for a whole department. Whatever you picture for your company, you explain it to Kiko in your own words.
Describe it
On your phone, in plain language, whenever the idea comes.
Shape it
Kiko sketches it and asks the right questions. Change it until it's exactly what you want.
Send it to us
When you're happy, Kiko sends the brief to Glowtail. You get a price before anything starts.
We build it in
Built and tested with you, then installed in your own system. Once it's tested, we agree when it's ready for your team to use.
Connect to the systems you already use.
If your machines, cold rooms or software are already run by a computer, Kiko can often work them for you: start or stop, set a timer or a temperature, and read the alerts. We connect through the system's own connection (its API) where it has one, or through the computer that runs it.
We check each system first, then agree which commands Kiko may give on its own and which need a person. Every command is tested before you rely on it. The equipment's own safety controls always stay in charge.
We can rebuild it your way.
If your current tool is limiting you, we assess whether to integrate it, recreate the parts you need, or design a replacement. We quote the scope and test the handover with you before you rely on it.
If there's a way, we'll find it. If there isn't, we'll tell you.
- Not every system can be connected. We tell you plainly what we find, and explain whether a feasibility check is needed and what it costs before you approve connection work.
- Every idea gets a straight answer: what it costs, how long it takes, or why it won't work. Each build is quoted, or covered by your plan, before we start.
- Kiko only does what you've allowed. We agree what it may do on its own; anything else needs a named person's approval.
Start where it pays. Add the rest when it's proved itself.
It runs on your own AI PC
Your Kiko runs on an AI PC owned by your company, at your premises. Before setup we document any outside services, data flows, backups and access your chosen connections need.
It follows your rules
We agree what Kiko may do on its own and what needs a named person's approval. Money, messages or changes outside those limits always need a person.
We come in only when you let us
Support access is for a set time when something needs building, and logged where the agreed system supports it.
No big bang.
- A 30-minute conversationFree. You tell us where the time goes; we tell you honestly whether Kiko would help.
- We learn how you workYour process, your systems, your people. Then a fixed quote.
- Your first area goes liveSet up, tested with you, and your team trained.
- It grows with youNew areas and new ideas, built in when you ask for them.
Your exact price depends on your company's size and what Kiko connects to. The overview has every plan, what each includes, and the AI PC sizes.
